Segments are found in the "Content" (timed portion) on an episode page.

Creating A Page

Project Status

  • To check through existing episode pages to make sure no segments have been missed.
  • Bring "Segment Only Pages" up to finished quality

Finished pages must match this page

Page

Pages need to be brought up to template

  • These pages are tagged "seg-clean-up"
  • These pages to be upgraded with: segment-template
  • Remove the tag when finished and add the "seg-check-content" tag for final check

Content check

  • These pages need to be checked for missing content.
  • Tag with "info-missing", "source-missing" or "video-missing" as required (removed "check-content" tag when adding other tags.
  • If page has no missing content remove the "seg-check-content" tag and add "seg-proof"

Pages needing proof-reading

  • These pages are tagged "seg-proof"
  • Remove the tag when finished and add the "finished" tag

Notes

  • Thomas Takes the Bar Exam is a special case segment page, with slightly different formatting. All pages should not be forced to match it, and it shouldn't be forced to match the others, but it should be consistent with, even if it doesn't exactly follow, the segment page template.

  • If you feel a "segment only" item is also a reference, do the following:
    • Add the tag ref.
    • Change the tag seg-clean-up to seg-ref-clean-up.
  • If you feel a "segment/ref combination" item is only a segment, do the following:
    • Remove the tag ref.
    • Change the tag seg-ref-clean-up to seg-clean-up.
  • If you feel a "segment/ref combination" item is only a reference, do the following:
    • Remove the tag seg.
    • Change the tag seg-ref-clean-up to ref-clean-up.
  • If you feel something is incorrectly tagged a segment (other than the above) add the tag wrong-tag and leave a comment explaining why at project:projects.
