1. Andrew talks baseball
  2. Andrew has said it several times and so I'm curious; why does he think he isn't qualified to sit on the supreme Court?
  3. How did Blasto get his name?
  4. Assuming the worst case scenario, Trump fills the currently vacancy and one of the liberals leaves the court and he gets that one too, creating a 5 vote originalist block. They do what they've always wanted and start overturning every remotely liberal law, state and federal. Can we move forward from there or is that the legal end of the country?
  5. I and many of my friends, family, and coworkers hold clearances. The recent POTUS threat to revoke clearance for high profile critics is nothing short of terrifying. It is clear that the president is the ultimate classification authority, similar to his disclosure of intel to the Russians in the Oval Office last year being technically not illegal. What is your take on politically motivated abuse of power in this case, and are there parallels from past administrations ?
  6. What would your walk out music be?
  7. The plastic gun case. Obama’s Justice Department sued to keep the plans offline and Trump’s administration dropped the suit. Can the Warren justice department sue again?
  8. What advice would you give someone who wants to become a state or federal judge? Assume I have the ability and I'm preparing to enroll in law school. What legal and practical stuff is involved, i.e. focus on contracts, work as the governor's lawyer, go into podcast law, be a Senator's nephew, etc.
  9. In places where prostitution is legal, would a sex worker be permitted to refuse service on the basis of something that's a protected class? Meaning could they refuse it based on gender, race, etc.
  10. What implications- if any- does the recent tape released by Michael Cohen's lawyer to CNN have on the case that Trump may have violated campaign finance laws? Will this tape have any benefit to Stormy's case against the president?
  11. Andrew's favorite George Carlin routine
  12. I'm a runner, and I participate in a lot of races put on by a for-profit racing company. This racing company pays staff members to run the timing equipment, but has volunteers working at water stops and as road marshals. Is this use of volunteers legal? (I've found lots of evidence indicating it's legal for a not-for-profit racing company, and that it's illegal for any organization to allow a paid staff member to volunteer their time, but not much about a for-profit company using free labor from non-employees)
  13. What do you think about the idea of impeaching Justice Thomas instead of court packing or going after Gorsuch? His flagrant conflicts of interest clearly warrant it.
  14. Hypothetically, how do I destroy all this evidence?
  15. If the Supreme Court is going to continue to make outcome based decisions and ignore precedent, how do the lower courts handle the wild swings? It seems like an originalist court stands to make it impossible for the lower courts to actually follow the precedent of their cases because its so case specific. My guess is that the different regions of the country are going to start having wildly different interpretations, and it actually puts more power in the circuit courts hands.
  16. How are over-55 communities legal? Is age not a protected class in housing if you're young?
  17. If Obergefell is over turned, what happens to same sex couples that are already married?
